In West Vancouver, the sales to new listings ratio was 25% for the month of November, up 10% from last month (65% in Nov 2007).  Of the last 18 detached sales, 11 were under the municipal assessed value.    

In North Vancouver, the ratio of sales to new listings was 42% for the month of November, up 7% from last month (122% in Nov 2007).   

The average monthly price for detached homes in the Greater Vancouver area fell from $825,000 in October 2008 to $745,000 in November 2008.
