June 3rd, 2009In West Vancouver, the sales to new listings ratio was 46% for the month of May compared to 37% in May 2008. The 46% for May 2009 represents a balanced market. The average price year to date (YTD) was down 21% compared to May 2008. The West Vancouver YTD average price and the median price have both decreased slightly from April 2009.
