The District of West Vancouver has seen 13 home sales so far this December. There are currently 271 homes for sale in West Vancouver, with 17 of these new house listings this month.  Some of the newest additions to the market include 2077 Haywood Ave in Ambleside and 2167 Kings Ave in Dundarave. 

Houses sold so far this December include 2397 Kings Ave in Dundarave, 1257 Chartwell Place in Chartwell, and 4327 Rockridge Road in Rockridge. Wondering how much they sold for? Call me.
