The District of West Vancouver has seen 8 home sales so far this month. There are currently 292 detached homes for sale in West Vancouver, with 10 of these new listings this month.  Some of the newest homes on the market here are 6560 Nelson Ave in Horseshoe Bay and 6995 Hycroft Rd in Whytecliff.

Some of the houses sold most recently this December include 4327 Rockridge Rd, 1140 Groveland Ct in the British Properties, and 590 Esquimalt Ave in Park Royal. Wondering how much they sold for? Call me.
