The District of West Vancouver has seen 20 home sales so far this month. There are currently 353 homes for sale in West Vancouver, with 76 of these new home listings this month.

Some of the most recent home sales this October include 6587 Nelson Av near Horseshoe Bay, 6461 Douglas St, 875 Fairmile Rd in the British Properties, and 330 Kelvin Grove Way in Lions Bay. Wondering how much they sold for? Call me.
