The District of West Vancouver has seen 38 home sales so far this month.

The highest priced sale last week was at 1525 ERRIGAL PL which sold for $3,250,000. 143 ESQUIMALT AV sold for $1,500,000, and the Eagle Harbour House located at 5608 EAGLE HARBOUR RD sold for $1,111,000.

There are currently 441 homes for sale in West Vancouver, with a total of 122 new listings this month.
