Costs Borne by the Seller:

Lawyer or Notary fees and expenses for attending to the execution of documents ($500 - $1,500).

Costs of clearing title, such as discharge fees charged by encumbrance holders and prepayment penalties (costs vary).

The Real Estate Commission is to be determined with your realtor.

GST of 5% is payable on the Real Estate Commission.  No rebates on GST on Commission.
