Costs Borne by the Seller:

Lawyer or Notary fees and expenses for attending to the execution of documents ($500 - $1,500).

Costs of clearing title, such as discharge fees charged by encumbrance holders and prepayment penalties (costs vary).

The Real Estate Commission is to be determined with your realtor.

HST of 12% is payable on the Real Estate Commission.  No rebates on HST on Commission.
