The North Vancouver listing inventory has increased by 63 homes compared to January 2015 but decreased by 52 homes compared to February 2014. The average price year to date (YTD) is up 8% compared to February 2014 and down by $62,826 compared to January 2015. The North Vancouver median price increased by $62,500 from January 2015 to February 2015 ($1,210,000 to $1,272,500).
