In West Vancouver, there were 38 sales in the month of April. The sales to new listings ratio was 20% which represents a buyer’s market. For April 2019, the sales to total active listings percentage was 7.2%, which is more than the 6.1% from April 2018. Sales for April 2019 were up by 6 units compared to April 2018. 

 

The West Vancouver listing inventory has increased by 7 homes compared to April 2018. The average price year-to-date (YTD) is down by 5% compared to April 2018. The West Vancouver median price increased by $350,000 from March 2019 to April 2019 ($2,300,000 to $2,650,000).

 

In North Vancouver, there were 53 sales in the month of April. The sales to new listings ratio was 27% which represents a buyer’s market. For April 2019, the sales to total active listings percentage was 12%, a decrease from 20% in April 2018. Sales for April 2019 were down by 24 units compared to April 2018. 

 

The North Vancouver listing inventory has increased by 35 homes compared to April 2018. The average price year-to-date (YTD) is down 4% compared to April 2018. The North Vancouver median price increased by $150,000 from March 2019 to April 2019 ($1,530,000 to $1,680,000).
