The North Vancouver listing inventory has decreased by 17 homes compared to March 2015 and decreased by 152 homes compared to April 2014. The average price year to date (YTD) is up 13% compared to April 2014 and is up by $8,373 compared to March 2015. The North Vancouver median price decreased by $14,112 from March 2015 to April 2015.
