In West Vancouver, the sales to new listings percentage was 40% for the month of March compared to 31% in March 2009.  The 40% for March 2010 represents a balanced market.  Sales for March 2010 were up by 37 units compared to March 2009.  Also, the West Vancouver listing inventory has dropped by 25 homes compared to last year for the same month.  The average price year to date (YTD) was up 11% compared to March 2009. 

In North Vancouver, the sales to new listings percentage was 45% for the month of March compared to 49% in March 2009.  The 45% for March 2010 represents a balanced market.  Sales for March 2010 were up by 26 units compared to March 2009.  In addition, the North Vancouver listing inventory has dropped by 52 homes compared to last year for the same month.  The average price year to date (YTD) was up 29% compared to March 2009.
