In West Vancouver, the sales to new listings ratio was 27% for the month of February compared to 38% in February 2008.  The average price year to date was down 18% compared to February 2008.  

In North Vancouver, the ratio of sales to new listings was 32% for the month of February compared to 53% in February 2008.  The average price year to date is down 26% compared to February 2008.

The good news is well priced detached homes are continuing to sell, with 27 sales in West Vancouver and 46 sales in North Vancouver for the month of February.
