The District of West Vancouver has seen 30 home sales so far this month. There are currently 472 homes for sale in West Vancouver, with 9 of these being new detached home listings for this month.  The latest homes to hit the market in West Vancouver include 3985 Bayridge in British Properties, 250 Mountain Drive in Lions Bay, and 1455 Ottawa AV in Ambleside.

Houses sold so far this May include 80 Glenmore Drive, 2665 Bellevue Ave and 4831 Water Lane. Wondering how much they sold for? Call me.

In the popular Dundarave area of West Vancouver, so far this May we have seen 1 home sold, which was 2665 Bellevue Ave. There have been 3 new listings in May, with a total of 35 active listings in Dundarave.  The most recent additions to the Dundarave market include 2558 Marine Drive, 2595 Mathers Ave and 2496 Ottawa Ave.

In the beautiful Ambleside neighbourhood of West Vancouver, there are currently 54 listings available of detached homes. Of these, 8 came onto the market this past May - the most recent being 1345 Fulton Ave, 1344 Inglwood Ave and 1485 Lawson Ave. There have not been any house sales in Ambleside this month.
